Once placed, orders go straight to print — we can't cancel or edit them.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since every tee is a 1-of-1 custom print made just for you, we can't accept returns or size exchanges. Please pick your size carefully — it's a standard oversized fit. We only replace tees that arrive damaged or with a print error.

Your information is used solely to process and fulfil your order, communicate order updates, and resolve support queries. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We share your name, phone, and delivery address with our print and logistics partner (Printrove) to fulfil your order. Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments; we do not store your card or banking details. No data is sold to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Order data is stored securely and retained for a minimum of 3 years as required by Indian accounting law. We use HTTPS encryption across the entire site.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at ben2293@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.

Content & IP Policy

1. Permission & Rights

Customers may only submit content they own or have explicit permission to use. Public availability does not grant printing rights.

2. Attribution

Every print includes the original author's name, handle, and photo. Authorship is never removed.

3. Prohibited Content

We do not print content that includes:

Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abuse
Adult or sexual content
Illegal content or incitement
Impersonation or deceptive content
Trademarked logos or brands without authorisation
Content that violates personality or publicity rights

4. Review & Refusal

We may pause, reject, or cancel any order that appears to violate IP or policy, or if permission cannot be verified.

5. Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have the rights or permission to print the submitted content and accepts responsibility for any IP claims.
