When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We also collect the tweet URL you submit to generate your print design.
2. How We Use It
Your information is used solely to process and fulfil your order, communicate order updates, and resolve support queries. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We share your name, phone, and delivery address with our print and logistics partner (Printrove) to fulfil your order. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details. No data is sold to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Order data is stored securely and retained for a minimum of 3 years as required by Indian accounting law. We use HTTPS encryption across the entire site.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at ben2293@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.
