Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom / Personalised Orders
Every TeeMyTweet order is made-to-order with your specific tweet design. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your tee arrives with a print defect, manufacturing fault, or physical damage, email us at orders@teemytweet.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement within 10 business days of verification.
3. Order Cancellations
All orders go into production immediately after payment. We are unable to cancel orders once placed. Please review your tweet, size, and colour carefully before ordering.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer
