Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom / Personalised Orders
Every TeeMyTweet order is made-to-order with your specific tweet design. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your tee arrives with a print defect, manufacturing fault, or physical damage, email us at ben2293@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 7 business days of verification.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order is successfully cancelled before production, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing may add an additional 2–3 days depending on your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after the 2-hour cancellation window
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer
