1. Overview
TeeMyTweet (“we”, “us”) operates teemytweet.co.in and allows users to turn public tweets into custom-printed t-shirts. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled and issue a full refund.
3. What we are
TeeMyTweet is a custom print-on-demand service. Customers submit publicly available tweet URLs to be printed on apparel. We do not host or distribute content — we are purely a printing intermediary. Every print always includes the original author's name, handle, and photo — authorship is never hidden or removed, and the author is always visibly credited on the product.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the content being printed is publicly available and accepts full responsibility for any intellectual property claims that may arise. TeeMyTweet acts solely as a printing service and bears no liability for copyright claims arising from customer-submitted content. Tweet content belongs to the respective authors. We do not claim ownership of any tweet content submitted by users.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not submit tweets containing hate speech, obscenity, defamatory content, or material that violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing such content without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
